Everything that you have been doing here at school I see at home. I am especially thankful for the speech therapist who has been working with Nashaly to help her gain weight and all the staff working with her for helping her learn new skills.

We see how our daughter has made so many gains, especially, her proficiency in the English language which she did not have when she started school. We are forever grateful to her teachers, her therapists and everyone involved in her care here at NJEDDA.

Thank you for the opportunity to do my speech therapy internship here at NJEDDA Elementary School. Every single staff member made me feel welcome and his or her dedication to the students is second-to-none. I am sad to leave but I am happy to have been a part of a wonderful and special school. , Self AdvocateMy son Daniel had been attending the Toddler Playgroup for the past few months. Seeing my son in an environment that is safe and allows him to be engaged and unwind in a variety of activities makes me feel very happy. Daniel is able to play with his peers better and adhere to the structure of the group. It really has been a blessing to be able to participate in this toddler group with him. It feels like we are part of a family.

NJEDDA is truly a special place with happy, passionate, and motivated staff at every level. The warmth is felt as soon as one enters the front doors. The loving, caring and giving teachers and therapists play a major role in these children’s lives. I have seen them grow emotionally, physically, and educationally only within few months. As a future Speech and Language Pathologist, I feel privileged to have known this wonderful family, had this amazing experience, and gained the necessary knowledge and skills from the best.
